Dear Wanda,

We have heard of your unfortunate events of dealing with Ayhan Doyuk. This has not come as a surprise because this has happened to many others around the world. We have had even worse first hand experience with Ayhan Doyuk.

I would like to authorize a mandate to you to use the following information to help you correct this problem with Ayhan Doyuk.

At this present time it is necessary to make clear the following information.

As I look back in time our group the Pan-Thor think tank meeting Ayhan Doyuk in London in 1992 was one of the worst events in our lives. When I met Ayhan Doyuk in 1992 he claimed he lost all his money in Kuwait and all his assets were frozen but he had friends all over who had assets to fund the project which at that time was Pan-Thor AD and now known as Perfect Science formulas.

Ayhan Doyuk said that we needed to start up a company in Turkey with $50,000 and he would provide bonds and money starting at 10 million dollars. This would be used for the environment, fire fighting, nuclear waste, water waste all environmental products we know today.

We did open several companies one owned by a person who was part of the Pan-Thor think tank Randal Miller (ermiller200@aol.com) and Ira Boggs. International Beef Canli Hayvan Ihracat-Ithalat LTD. STI. American International Beef Live Animal Import and Export LTD. ( 201054-230636 Istanbul). I and Randal Miller had made arrangement for Ira Boggs to come to Istanbul in July 1992. Ayhan Doyuk met with Ira Boggs. I with Randal Miller mandated this company to introduce Pan- Thor AD, Perfect Science, Perfect Science AD, Royal Flush, all work the world knows today. At this time I set up a joint venture with ISKI the Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration for research.

I am the chairman, managing director, largest share holder as well as the inventor of Perfect Science formulas including and not limited to inventor of the concept, ideas, energy, information and scientific application of Perfect Science formulas, Perfect Science technologies, Perfect Science AD formulas, Perfect Science AD technologies, Pan-Thor AD formulas, Pan- Thor AD technologies, Royal Flush AD products, systems, Ayterion Agua AD formulas, systems including applications.

I am the owner of Perfect Science AD Delaware Corporation; 4/14/1998 # 288-3353. I am the owner of Perfect Science AD Illinois 3/13/2001# BCA-2.10. Which are the only companies in the world that control all licensing rights, Intellectual properties, Intellectual products, proprietary formulas for Perfect Science, Perfect Science AD, Pan-Thor, Pan-Thor AD.

Ayhan Doyuk is not the creator of Perfect Science formulas, Perfect Science technologies, Perfect Science AD formulas, Perfect Science AD technologies, Pan-Thor AD formulas, Pan- Thor AD technologies, Royal Flush AD products, systems, Ayertian Agua AD  formulas, systems including applications. Ayhan Doyuk has never had any licensing agreement to produce the formulas in Europe; the mandate was to be used for financing and nothing else. I t has come to my attention that he has deliberately misrepresented this movement.

I gave him no authority to change logo, patents, no rights to market, sell health formulas, wellness formulas, household formulas, household products, environmental formulas including and not limited to fire fighting, oil, garbage, nuclear waste, water waste all environmental products we know today. He has no rights to present day since he diverted from science and went into a mystical realm.

I brought to Turkey the mother formula commonly known as Mother’s Water, Pan-Thor formulas, Panthor AD formulas, Perfect Science formulas and Perfect Science AD formulas. This was in July 1992 at the time of the strike in Istanbul. I brought formulas to ISKI the Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration for research.

I was instructed by Ayhan Doyuk to give him a mandate so he could introduce to the Turkish Government this event and secure financing and funding a factory  and for future clean up. At that time he was working under the guise of Ayhan Doyuk group of companies. Ayhan Doyuk said he could secure 10 million dollars for the Perfect Science, Pan-Thor think tank so their vision could come to completion. He never secured funding and finances for this.

He was supposed to go out to work on environmental sites, he was given monies in 1999 by Nancy Welch, Gerald Welch, Terry Welch, Bill Spreitzer, JoAnn Spreitzer (solutionsvital@gmail.com) and others. These people gave money to restore the factory that was destroyed in the Earth Quake. He took this for personal gain to promote his personal life style e.g. expensive suits not to fulfill his responsibility for the planet.

Ayhan Doyuk did not invent these formulas this is not”magic water” as he projects to people. We had many different formulas shipped to Turkey that are part the basis of the Perfect Science formulas that Ayhan Doyuk “ forged” as Perfect Solutions.

He was working for myself and my group to get funding, he is not spiritual but an international businessman who lives off others and claims what they have done as his own. He is an International crook who did to others as he did to you. Dr. Michael Mickley can give you detailed information regarding a  “cement sealer ” Dr. Mickley brought to Turkey that Ayhan Doyuk tried to duplicate and represent as his own creation (www.mickleyassociates.com).

For your information Andrew Nixon started a movement with the late Peter Brightman, Ralph Huntington, Randall Miller, Charles Knox, Jake Bell, Nancy Welch, Gerald Welch and Terry Welch. This movement was to clean and transform the earth to utilize all aspects of what is all about the Perfect Science formulas. They were located in various places such as Sharon Connecticut, Cornwall Connecticut, Oakhurst New Jersey, Cocoa Beach Florida and Glenwood Illinois. This was for us, Perfect Science, all scientists, physicists in the early 1970’s.

Ayhan Doyuk has deliberately misrepresented facts, word and actions that have lead to fraudulent activity. These are dishonest, half-truths affecting personal, corporate and institutional levels. He operates under false pretenses deluding the general public through self-proclamation. Ayhan Doyuk has manipulated the good intensions of good people.

I give you the mandate to use as you see fit to take this information to any government body to stop this criminal. Also I give you the right to discuss what you have heard from me to anyone and everyone as long as you tell my truth and it is accurately represented.
