Ayhan Doyuk

He claims that he was born in Canada and raised in Switzerland.

As of today 5/23/2009, his brothers, uncles and cousins on Facebook have given information that he was born in a small, poor village in Turkey the middle child of eight children.

1987 Ayhan Doyuk worked on L/C (Letter of Credit) programs in New York City, Boston and Ohio. He said he was setting investment banks up for L/C programs, setting up a company called Diamond Capital Holdings.

He collects many projects for so called Banks and sells these projects, (How???)

1990-1992

Ayhan Doyuk was supposedly working in London, Belgium, Bahrain, Monte Carlo, and possibly Japan. Prior to that he was working in Switzerland.

When he was supposedly in Belgium he was working with Mrs. Renee Ward and her son Bob.

Mrs. Renee Ward claimed to be Ayhan Doyuk’s assistant (as Elya Stella Zambrano today claims to be his assistant/partner in crimes). Renee Ward frequented hotels, setting up meetings with people who had inventions, technologies, innovative new technologies and environmental technologies. Projects to supposedly restore funds for the Kuwait Government after and during the golf war.

They worked out of the Dorchester Hotel in London where they stayed during the Gulf War and ran up a large bill (sometimes between 1990-1992).

They claimed they had a company there in Kuwait and the money was tied up.

Renee Ward claimed she worked with the Royal Family of Turkey (even though it broke up in 1917) and referred to Ayhan Doyuk as the “Sultan”.

She also claimed they worked with Bender Saba to locate and purchase Kuwait Denary “KD” for the reconstruction of Kuwait.  They claimed they were buying money for different companies and that they were buying for the reconstruction of Kuwait.

They would pay five cents on the dollar, which is a lot of money, it was a bit to bring or steal projects for different LC programs to set up investment banks like the Cypress Investment Bank where rich people open an account and put in a loop hole so when you ship the goods to them, they tell you after three months you are going to be paid, but you never are paid. Just like he tried in 2009 with Wanda Pratnicka.

Ward was interested to hear about the Pan-Thor Think Tank and the formulas for wellness and health and all the projects as an environmentalist.???

Renee Ward said that they worked in Bahrain to set up a new United Nations for new technology.

A.

1) Ayhan Doyuk sets up brokers to find inventors with real inventions.

2) He tells these inventors to set up a company.    

3) He tells them to give him a mandate to manage funds. If they are an inventor they think this is great because they may not have the money. They never dream that he will claim their invention for his own.

4) He tells them the project will begin at ten million so they have to find small investments for capital, like from family and friends. He shows them bonds and treasury notes. (Now today he uses Perfect Science to rob them of the “small investment money")

5) When the broker in the network brings him the wealthy investors he shows them the project. They structure a company with him and they feel secure because they are part of the company but he manages the money.

 In approximately two years he disappears.

B.

1) Ayhan Doyuk sometimes sets up a company with two individuals and himself. He then sets them against each other.

He sets up a network of brokers looking for funds for the project.

2) Sometimes he starts on a project then leverages the project. He claims it must be from the government and he states that needs to be 10 million dollars.

He tells them about projects but they must do the studies.

He continued to do this until 1992 when he met Terry Welch and the Pan-Thor Think Tank that eventually becomes Perfect Science. He claims he is the inventor.

He said he “set up shop “ in New York and opened an account, had “so called” bonds in a safety deposit box. He stated that he was paid by the Russian Government to protect ballerinas.

He had stated at one time that he almost got caught in Canada in the 1980’s a scandal involving finances and in which he lost his passport.

He referred to himself as the man behind the scenes. He resides in the best five star hotels where Arabians, Chinese, money people and “jet setters” stay.

He always asks for a mandate for negotiation of funds and sets the company up with them so they feel safe, they are not, though!

He then always needs more money for taxes, licenses, studies etc. When it is time for the project to pay, he tells the real people the deal had gone bad, they're crooks or “ mickey mouse” etc.
